Sole Sapori Sicilian Ristorante
Mount Horeb’s hidden treasure, Sole Sapori Sicilian Ristorante is located on East Main Street. Sole Sapori has a full Italian dinner menu as well as pizzas in thin crust, pan style, or the traditional Sicilian stuffed pizza. The family recipes stay true to the original Vitale family from Palermo, Sicily who started the then small trattoria over 20 years ago.
Taken over by a new family in 2003, the surroundings have changes but not the original handcrafted family recipes for your dining pleasure. The classic old world style lounge is a great place to enjoy your favorite or one of their speciality cocktails, a glass of wine or beer after work or before dinner. Sole Sapori means Sunshine and Flavor in Italian, and a trip down the cobblestone hallway for their famous Sicilian Anise bread, delicious dinners, Italian music, and a glass of wine will certainly transport you to sunny Italy.
Be sure to save room for the desserts - classic Tiramisu, sweet and crunchy cannoli and the fruit layers of the Panna con Fragole are all made at the restaurant and are out of this world!
Sole Sapori is located across from Olson's Flower Shop at 209 East Main Street. Just enter under the green awning and walk into another world. The restaurant is open on Wednesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Cash, checks, and credit cards are welcome forms of payment. Reservations are recommended. The full menu is available for carry out.
